Business development Specialist will be responsible  for the project activities  with the aim of analysing  the opportunities  and challenges  of agribusiness, identifying  the major opportunities and obstacles  of flow value chain including  MSMEs and identification of supporting  business  activities  within appropriate  measures  and solutions

ACDI/VOCA is currently  hiring welcoming various candidates interested to APPLY for the Position avilable of BusinessdevelopmentSpecialist. The interested  candidates  to work with ACDI/VOCA on POSITION mentioned  should follow instructions  to apply for the position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Identify, select and analyze market players of value chain actors in ZOI.
2. Analyze the status of companies and identify with charter support providers, business consulting services and others to support and cooperate with selected companies.
3. Analyze and expand business activity towards sustainable growth.
4. Develop customer relationships and strengthen industry cooperation.
5. Facilitate relationships between value chain executives to increase partner sales, productivity and profitability, and improve compliance with sustainable business relationships.
6. Designing partnerships, and identifying required investments, strengthen back and forth relationships between farmers, MSMEs, service providers, financial institutions, and end markets.
7. Analyze constraints and facilitate relevant and innovative solutions for MSMEs
8. Collaborate with private sector stakeholders and financial professionals in preparing and reviewing the guidelines required for training.
9. Performs other functions if it can be assigned to the development manager of the organization/EEnterprise.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree in Business Development,  Marketing  or related
2. Previous  experience  as Business Development  specialists
3. Five years of working experience  in the development  of private sector  based on agricultural  trade of value chain development
4. Able to use research skills  in market analysis  and value chain development
5. Demonstrated  ability  to collaborate  in project
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to effectively  interact  with various  and organisation levels
8. Presentation and informative skills
9. Fluent in English language
