POSITION: Admin Clerck II
Duties and responsibilities
- Verification and posting of invoices bills to ensure that all invoices and bills are properly and timely verified
- Making sure that all invoices plus bills without documents delivery details are to be followed and verified on time and ensure accurate.
- Being responsible for safe working practices especially in areas of work.
- Making sure environmental procedures are followed by identifying and managing Environment
- Doing of any other job that may be assigned by supervisor
