DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping the Operations Manager to meet production and quality objectives
Creating daily entry of production, inventory, and quality control data.
Doing a qualitative assessment on cocoa samples.
Creating an appropriate filing of documentation transactions.
Work together with staff to ensure all processing protocols and standards are met.
Focusing on daily inspection of the processing facility as it can be directed by the manager,
Choosing concrete plans to source cocoa from existing and new farmers.
Accepting farmer complaints, suggestions and forward to the manager.
Helping Office farm and shopping Office in farmer database updates,
