The daily work of NHC business is to supervise by the general director who are responsible for the board of directors. This role gives the NHC authority to conduct various businesses. Currently the National Housing Agency is the result of the government’s decision to cancel the Register of works (RoB) through the legislation of Parliament and.2 of the year 1990, which gave its responsibilities to the NHC. The Nhc was established by Act No. 45 of 1962, while RoB was established by Act No. 13 of 1971.The organization drafted the current 10-year strategic plan for 2015/16 to 2024/25. The main goal is to provide 30,000 houses and commercial units during this period. The vision is to become a leading real estate development and management company.
