Insight management Company Limited  is currently  hiring  welcoming various candidates interested  to apply on the position of logistics and port Clerks.  The interested  candidates to work with  insight management company  Limited 

POSITION:logistics and port Clerks (2posts)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.  Recording and or distributing shipments to agents.
2. Confirm customer account
3. Retrieve courier HVS (High-value shipment), record and or distribute.
4. Provide billing invoices and or distribute them to customers.
5.  Classify digital documents and save them by system
6. Comply with client procedures set within the required time limits, including
   ISO rules.
7.  Communicate, without delay, information or problems, to the immediate supervisor
8.  Should be able to accurately and completely frame the customs declarations of each
   administration.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Diploma  in customs clearing and distribution,  logistics  and Transportation 
2. Five years  of working experience 
3. Excellent computer skills 
4. Fluent in English language  both written and spoken 
5. Not below25 years
