This position will support financial institutions by providing financial education and healp in developing of relevant products for flower value chain beneficiaries as well as analysing financial information and consulting strategies, developing financial products model and evaluate financial risk to improve financial transactions among practitioners

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support small financial institutions including cooperatives, savings and credit groups to improve access to financial services that adapt to the needs of small companies in the project.
Organize capacity-building sessions for saccos and other microfinance institutions in ZOI in areas such as microfinance, the use of digital tools or related areas, including convening stakeholders/workshops and facilitating targeted training.
Work closely with Business Development Specialist and Private Sector Engagement Specialist in the development of training guidelines and curricula suitable for value chain executives.
Propose solutions to reduce costs, increase revenue, and increase efficiency for various actors.
Monitor exhibitions and implementation of financial plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide advice as needed.
Collaborate with the management to collect and analyze stakeholder financial statements and document financial processes and present development statements.
Support stakeholders in organizing financial initiatives and financial models for various beneficiaries’
Identify key financial gaps among various executives in the project and assist them in achieving credit/credit.
It performs all other tasks and projects as can be assigned
