D tree is a global digital health organisation dedicated at ensuring that every one gets the highest quality basic health care in in protected areas.
The work is done in conjunction with government to design and build and deploy digital tools for the front line Health workers who prove their ability to provide quality, evidence based services D-tree deals with government to develop a shared vision for digital health capabilities, demonstrates digital efficiency systems to improve health outcomes, and to accompany governments to enhance these digital systems nationally and keep them within their broader health systems. Since 2011, D-tree has partnered with the Ministry of health of Zanzibar to implement the digital health program, Community is health (“Community is health”) to help Community Health Volunteers provide health care in them category.
This program has repeatedly demonstrated excellent health results, enhanced community health system and increase statistical usage for decision making. Over time, society is healthy has grown from national experiments software and has demonstrated how digital technology can change the quality of the health system.
Zanzibar Government is determined to adopt society is health on a national scale; integrating the health of a digitally enabled society Volunteers in their official social Health Strategy.
