POSITION: Relationships Officer (2posts)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making sure the portfolio is holding within the company in acceptable limits
- Making sure pre banking changes, requirements and repossession are within boundaries of comapan as accepted
- Adressing to customers compliants
- Ensuring Customer Retantion
- Giving help to all other activities in the depertment plus Company
- Ensuring new customers are on boarded within three days
- Provision of daily reports
- Reporting on key findings Issues plus concerns
