POSITION: Superitendant – Underground Drill and Blast
The company is hiring welcoming various candidates interested to apply for the position available of Superitendant underground Drill and blast. The interested candidates to work with Geita Gold Mine should follow instructions to APPLY for the position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting, developing and training an effective local team and implement best practices for digging
Producing short, medium and long term timelines for timely suspension according plans
Ensuring the preparation and delivery of stope details and coaching and training of drill.
Resigning and reviewing of drilling and explosion programs.
Repotting on all safety, production and financial performance indicators related to digging and explosion.
Ensuring all legal information requirements are met in relation to security.
Effectively managing ug Drill and blast parts while satisfactorily achieving company.
Controling the ggml underground drilling and explosion section.
Attending weekly security meetings with the contractor and staff and ensure any responsibilities.
Demonstrating compliance with ggml safety and health policies and procedures
