POSITION: Project Officers (3posts)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare monthly and weekly route plans for the project to reach targeted population.
Prepare project information experience (learning and challenges), summaries, and success stories.
Monitoring community awareness by service providers to implement plans and provide successful development of the project goal against the planned stages of the project.
Provide weekly updates and monthly updates to The Project Manager.
Conducting weekly exhibitions for peers (educators, motivators (CHWs) to evaluate
performance and Share areas of improvement Conduct data quality assurance in service delivery centers to monitor its accuracy.
Holding quarterly meetings with service providers, with colleagues (educators, motivators) to engage in project development and planning for the next period.
Degree in public Health, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Sociology, Gender/Adocacy/Law, project Management, Social Development/Social Work or Master’s Degree is added advantage
Three years of working experience in SRH Youth program Management and SRHR advocacy work history
Able to work in remote areas
Proven project management and report writing skills
Able to manage and work in team
Able to work under Limited supervision
Knowledge of business development process of NGO in line with government priorities
Analytical, powerful decision- making skills, voice judgement and problem solving
Working with volunteers
Scientific writing skills,
