Mandatory skills, 

The applicant must have two years experience in;

  • 3rd line support of saver related incidents agreed
  • Commercial experience in the same role
  • Window 8, 7 and 10 support
  • Perform upgrades to and new servers installation
  • Active directory administration
  • Network knowledge
  • Office 365
  • Azure
  • Ticketing systems such as fresh desk

A high level of proficiency in

  • Best business practices
  • Good customer service
  • IT Engineer across 1st line to 3rd line
  • Network win and Mac user support
  • Responsible team player capable of working on their initiative and can make fresh contribution.
