Duties and responsibilities
Creating of general Understanding of HEA Activities in Tanzania
Encouraging and attending of group meetings
Identfication of Organization Activities in workplace through Promotion and outreach
attending of group meetings and Ensuring group are connected to sustainable According to HIHEA TZ.
Facilitation of group members, and Group General information
Preparation and submittion of daily , monthly and annual reports
Participation and Assisting in Monitoring and evaluation including field Support Activities
Creating and nurturing effective working relationship with stakeholders
Maintening quality standards to ensure compliance with Policies and procedures
Diploma in the following areas, Community development, social science, Agricultural Managment, Finance, Marketing, Bussness Managment, Bussness Administration
One year of working experience on social practices, social Development or social companies
Able to work in rural and Urban environment
Positive attitude to high level of intergrity and good team player
Good personal knowledge, public relations and community sensitization
Fluent in English Language
Company literacy
Able to work in minimal managment
