We are looking for a meticulous technician who will be responsible for supporting our laboratory staff with primary goals of optimizing lab procedures and succeeding in producing reliable test results .

In oder to be successful lab technician you will need to be through when carrying out your duties, successful maintain records of laboratory processes and equipment and generate reports to submit to the relevant laboratory manager.

Duties and responsibilities

• Collecting, receiving, labelling, and analyzing samples or substance
• Design and executing laboratory testing in line with standard testing procedure
• Recording all experimental data and testing results accurately and in specified format.

• Organizing and storing all chemical substances, fluids and compressed gasses
• Ensuring safety guidelines are adhered to all times within the laboratory
• Maintain daily logs and equipment record books
• Cleaning, sterilization, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.
• Keep up to date with relevant scientific and technical development

QUALIFICATION

• Working experience operating electrical ad non electrical laboratory equipment
• Comfortable handling potentially dangerous substance
• In depth knowledge of QHSE management systems, preventive measure and laboratory best practices
• Bachelor degree in laboratory, chemistry or related field
• Valid laboratory technician license
• Proven experience working with lab technician
