VACANCY: TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYOR (1 POST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The member shall be responsible for run and manage the research team.
• He / she will be responsible for planning the workflow, selecting reference points for known research, and determining the correct location of key elements in the study area.
• He / she will be responsible for finding legal records, looking for evidence of previous references to research points

• Holder of an early Degree / Diploma in land surveying or equivalent. He / she must be registered as a country Surveyor.

• Knowledge in Computer Applications and fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory

VACANCY: WEIGHBRIDGE CASHIER (1 POST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• He / she shall collect and bank all weighbridge charges  according to the weighbridge report form,
• He/ she shall seek current USD exchange rates issued by the Bank of Tanzania for the case of setting charges
•  He / she shall when filling all necessary records and setting a neat register area
• He/ she shall report all maters shift in-charge
• will be making a reconciliation bank
• Shallperform other duties as may be assigned to the regular and shift in charge and / or regional manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a computer literate (at least a Certificate in a Computer ll
• Fluent in writing and spoken English

VACANCY: DRAINAGE INSPECTOR (1 POST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspect and approve all materials and completed work to ensure compliance with technical specification requirments
• Keeping all records including reports, work diaries, correspondence, instructions given to contractors,
• Measuring the amount of satisfactory drainage work carried out on a daily basis.
• Preparation and submiting a mini development Report

QUALIFICATIONS

• Civil Engineering or equivalent from any recognized institution
• Must be registered as a Graduate/Professional Engineer with ERB
• Three years additional experience related to grade/drainage design and construction
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and after working hours
• Knowledge in Computer
• Fluency in writing and spoken English is requir

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inspecting and test the equipment to ensure meet the structural requirements,
• Conducting in situ testing and take samples,
• Keeping the laboratory equipment and equipment,
• Collecting and preparation the sample for laboratory tests,
• Conducting laboratory tests and monitoring of the results,

QUALIFICATION

• Degree in civil engineering/transport or Diploma in Civil Engineering,
• Three years of  experience related to material testing,
•  Must have served as a logistics technician on at least two  projects of the same size and complexity within the last 6 years.
• Knowledge in computer programs
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Age limit is not higher than 40 years.

 

VACANCY: CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR (1 POST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring if necessarily maintaining a complete record(s) regarding the execution of the work,
•  Inspecting the work done by the contractor in order to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with the contract.
• Inspecting on site and off-site materials used in the project and prepare field and laboratory tests.

QUALIFICATION

• Degree in civil engineering/transport or Diploma in Civil Engineering,
• Two years  experience related to  management
• Must have worked as  inspector on at least three  projects of equal size
• Knowledge in Computer Applications
• Fluencyin written and spoken English
• Not more than 45years old

 

 

VACANCY:EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (1 POST)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting and managing surveillance equipment with the aim of achieving optimal design.
• Performing the asphalt design and must conversant to current practice.

QUALIFICATION

• Must be a civil engineer registered with a civil engineering degree
• Graduate qualification in geotechnical or pitch engineering is an added advantage,
