Duties and responsibilities

• Records daily expenses and reconcile daily expenses
• Petty financial management and preparation control over budget expenditures
• Record daily sales and provide daily receipt
• Help in preparation to payroll
• Prepare and submitting checks to the bank
• Keeping well documented on all necessary items

• Keeping records updates
• Provide financial information to managment
• Preparations of assets, liability and Account entries
• Preparation of tax returns and making sure tax is payed
• Evaluation of financial activities and suggest best way
• Provide guidance on reducing cost
• Performing other planned task
