POSITION: Accountant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. strengthening internal control and strengthen compliance: 15%
   1. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and additionally submit to the annual return time.
   2. Checking or approve financial transactions according to approved Authority standards,
   3. Working together with the financial audit of the National Office.
2. Use 100% inspection recommendations in relation to finance
   1. Creating  list of No Risk Register,
   2. Promoting and consideration of zero tolerance for system
3. Managmentof delivery and Cashflow to WVT: 20%
   1. Focusing on timely payment suppliers, employees and partners.
   2. Keeping the completeness of documents for all payments,
   3. Focusing on a monthly funding application to the accreditation office.
   4. Keeping  monthly cash requests are aligned with forecasts and GT hedged amounts,
   5. Making sure small funds are retrieved and reviewed,
   6. Keeping small surprises financial errors are conducted

QUALIFICATION

1. Degree of Accounts / finance, CPA( T),
2. A master’s degree in finance or related is an added benefit
3. 5 years experience in NGOs and in a managerial position
4. Experience on financial reporting preparation,
5. Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree Account/finance, CPA(T), or Master’s degree in finance or related will be more profitable.
6. Able to adopt changes within Organization
