Duties and responsibilities

  •  Keeping records of staff attendance
  • Organizing and handling  of list title
  • Handling discipline issues for junior Officers

  • Assisting the administration in payment plan and pension management
  • Assisting  in the organizing personnel records about, vacation staff and welfare.
  • Setting update registers for staff position, integration, confirmations
    and promotions
  •  Supporting the management  in Pension Plan
  •  Participation in assessing staff training needs, collecting, wear and updates
  • Translating and implementing of service plan

  • Degree in one of following, Human resources managment, public administration, Bussness Administration or commerce majoring in Human resources, managment, sociology, industrial
