North Mara Gold Mine Limited is looking for a mineral data official to join the North Mara team. The successful candidate for this position will support the North Mara team to ensure that metalwork data management objectives are achieved and linked to business plans, and that all administrative and written programs are implemented in accordance with Paric safety standards and best practices, as well as other tasks assigned within the jurisdiction.

POST: Metallurgical Data Administrator

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure full compliance with all safety, occupational health and environmental regulations of the North Mara gold mine

• Prepare accurate and timely reports and data to manage technology as needed

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting of metal materials and reagents

• Provide assistance to the technology department with warehouse applications, manual PR preparation.

• Coordinates the general administrative and clerical functions of Technology Management

• Assist the technology department with external contacts

• Assist the technology department in preparing presentations

• Be proactive in all aspects of factory security process to prevent and eliminate theft and fraud

• Continuously analyze every aspect of the technological process

• Make sure that there are no disruptions due to problems in production relations

• Perform any other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATION /SKILLS

• Certificate of full technical specialist in the field of metal processing or equivalent

• Awareness of Occupational Health and safety law

• Fast and flow-oriented software skills.

• Computer Application (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience with soft skill computers, pronto and flow-oriented system

• Knowledge of metal accounting

• Clear and effective communication skills
