Duties and responsibilities

Laboratory

• Making regular measurements foundry sand
• Conducting chemical inspections
•  Responsible for the purity of glassware and other devices
• Making sure the lab environment is well maintained
• Assisting Lab Assistant in collecting specimen from foundry and scrap yard

• Performing any other related tasks as it can be assigned
• Working foundry equipment and machinery
•  Pouring  iron melt into the mold for casting
•  Repairing harvesting
•  Reading and recording the heat of the metal melt

Foundly

•  Making molds of castings easier

• Preparing and continuing to make molds in green sand

• Working with a high level of confidence

• Running heat treatment equipment and machinery

• Purging the furnace with appropriate gas

• Form IV certificate (CSEE) and NVTA1/ CBET III or Trade Test Grade III in Mechanical, Auto electrical/Motor rewind and industrial Laboratory
