POST: Asistant Manager

As manger you will be responsible in helping the general manager to manage full hotel operations. This role involves assisting in implementation of marketing plan, budget and hotel plan objectives.

Duties and responsibilities

• Interaction with foregners and individual outside hotel
• Coordinate task and activities with general manager, regional and location

• Participation in conducting weekly inspection and ensuring physical facilities
• Ensuring emmergency procedures are carried out and implementation
• Managing the applicable law and registration including health
• Assure full responsibilities in the absence of general manager as appropriate and keep in general manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in hospitality management or related field from recorgnized institution

• Experience in the same role
• Good in computer literate
• Effective communication skills
