Assistant Store Keeper jobs in Tanzania

Tanzania Health promotion support (THPS) are hiring for store keeper Assistant. Tanzania health promoting Support is  NGO which was established under Act No. 24 of 2002 in 2011. THPs are working with Ministry of Healthy and community development. They also work with regional administration and local government (PORALG), Ministry of Home affairs (MOHA) and ministry of Healthy in Zanzibar that aim at ensuring accessible high quality of Healthy care service to Tanzanians through strengthening of Healthy system.

They are hiring for assistant Store keeper who will help the store officer in record keeping, movement of Materials derivared in Store.

Duties and responsibilities

• Inspecting of incoming goods
• Receiving of good and arranged properly
• Arranging of delivered good to THPS
• Maintaining receipts, records and ensuing of goods
• Ensuring adequate record keeping
• Assist in Maintaining and update the asset register
• Assisting in career regularly
• Assist in processing Vat

QUALIFICATION

• 3 years working experience in Store keeping
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Excellent in Written and Oral communication skills, English and kiswahili
• Basic computer skills
• Secondary education certificate
