POSITION: Assurance administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring collection of Bill’s, funds plus debtors weekly in conjunction with participation managers
Creating opportunities and functions codes in the system
Monitoring participation letters and ensuring they are prepared and shared with manager
Maintaining a risk management register and ensuring risk management actions for both existing and new customers is current
Managing resource conservation, advising participation managers on employee availability and attending resource planning meetings
Provide other administrative assistance when needed and perform other duties as directed by the Leader LoS
