Duties and responsibilities

• Greeting and interacting with customers in pleasant manner
• Replenish stocks of customers choices
• Display  item in compliance to hotel standard
• Take food and beverage orders to Guests
• Preparation and serving of food plus beverages
• Drive serving carts to assigned floors and rooms
• Maintain all areas clean
• Answer and respond to customers inquiry in relation to food preparation
• Ensuring all customers orders meet quality standards and proper presentation.
