The sellected candidates will be responsible  for proving support  and issue resolution for ensuring  the best  service provided in all forms of communication with exiting customers in each region

Your activities

Answering  Customer about all Technical  support questions, processing  applications, supporting  company image

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Process subscriber request and resolve issues via live chat, telephone and e-mail for a navigating different programs while paying attention to accuracy and detail
  2. Spread the issue to the right specialist when needed via SalesForce or cumin
  3. Update customers on request their status accordingly
  4. Always confirm the documents submitted by customers within the specified regions for each hour
  5. Prepare and interpret reports and documents as required in responsibility with acceptable detail and accuracy
  6. Understand the business functions and responsibilities of the company by attending company seminars and achieving the objective of the required assessment
  7. Achieving the quarterly KPI goals set by the CS manager
  8. Performing other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Good communication skills in English and Kinyarwanda
  2. Strong client facing and communication skills
  3. Troubleshooting and multi tasking skills
  4. Customer service orientation
  5. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  6. Pure graduates are welcome to apply
  7. Self motivated and highly reliable
