POSITION: Bike Mechanic Trainer -Quality assurance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Supervising and evaluating a comprehensive technician training program
2. Progress monitoring and quality control standards among all mechanics
3. Evaluate, identify, and communicate quality control issues
4. Cooperate with suppliers and employees

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Able to develop  professional  and reliable  relationships  with rural women entrepreneurs 
2. Demonstrated  experience  in bicycle  Mechanics  and bicycle  Mechanics training 
3. Pay attention  to detail  and high performance standards 
4. Fluent in English language 
5. Experience  training  women in cycling Mechanics 
6. Experience working  in rural areas
