POSITION: Bookkeeper
We are searching for a stellar clerk to assist our head of Payables in verifying invoices, payment schedules, financial management, maintaining records, and posting transactions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Match purchase orders and invoices, delivery details, goods received details
Contact the supplier relations team to confirm that the terms of the contract are satisfied before processing the payment
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments and credit details on the accounting system
Verify funds and calculate numbers on the accounting system
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax resolutions, including payment, operating and business tax
Prepare payment reports and other financial and analytical reports for inspection and management
