POST: cafeteria Supervisor/ controller

Duties and responsibilities

• To coordinate and control all relevant nodes in the cafe
• To ensure food preparation, handling and procedure are done
• To ensure keeping food and accurate records
• To effective use of resources and control expence
• Ability to work With flexible schedule including early morning and weekends
• To prepare budgets and procurement schedule
• To offer and maintain customers care service
