POST: Call Centre Officer

Call center Officer is needed to ensure maximum Customer satsfaction and receive Customer call and handle Customer

Call center officer is required to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and receive customer calls and handle customer questions on time.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Initiating a reconciliation process by calling customers from distressing
  • Recording Customer questions and compliants from outgoing calls and respond
  • Collecting Customer feedback from and study Customer satsfaction
  • Perfoming loan issuance examination or post loan Provision on sample basis
  • Reporting the results of a suspicious/alarming call to the Administrator
  • Perfoming a crime test from the established complied reports

  • Degree in Customer Relations, Bussness Administration, Human Resources or related
  • Must have clear understanding of small  Financial banks
  • Knowledge of dealing with Customers from different race
  • Good analitical and informative skills
  • Computer literacy eg Ms office
  • One year of experience in call center activities
