DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helping in answering any questions related to camp and service policies and resolving visitors, visitors, or customer complaints.
Helping in managing, train, and coach Camp team, including support members, food services, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other team members.
Helping in performance management to ensure optimal operation and comply with company standards, policies and procedures.
Helping in resolving customer complaints or problems.
Helping in managing guest services and activities
Cheaking on guest rooms, public places, and plots for cleanliness and appearance.
Helping in coordinating front-office and rear-camping activities with the main office
Helping in monitoring small camp financial transactions
Helping in managing the duties of assigned staff to ensure safety or compliance with the law.
