The captain is responsible for providing professional and Customer Service to our visitors and making sure their stay is memorable

Duties and responsibilities

• Performing all necessary functions to service food and beverage
• Getting depth knowledge of food and beverage list of assigned outlet
• Making good customer relations by adressing Customer compliants
• Making sure the port for Service and manage for smooth operations
• Managing all services to ensure that all task are carried out smooth
• Making sure that all employees receive adquate training for performing their duties
• Ensuring proper organization, hardware setting and control and maintain a brief records
• Ensuring low losses, breakage and decay
• Actively use methods of sale to exceed expectations of foregners

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma and degree in field of hospitality
• Two years of working experience in the same role
• Good knowledge in English and spoken and written
• Previous experience in Limited leadership and managment roles
