It was established since January 2005 and registered under NGO act of 2002 with a registration number No.00NGO/00006336 to work in Tanzania main land.

Therefore Rafiki is  pertnership with PACT implement the USAID adolescent and children HIV incidents reduction.

In order to facilitate well implementation of projects Rafiki SDO is looking for motivated individual on mentioned position

POST: Case Management Coordinator

Duties and responsibilities

• Managing cases of social workers (CCWs) and provide continuous advice
•  Transmiting and ensuring compliance of Case Management child protection, referral

• Ensuring case management services delivered to address the general requirements of OVC

•  Perform excellent stage training with CCWs and facilitate monthly conferences in the field in order to establish new topics.

• Making sure CCWs complete the required case management forms and the case filing system

•  Working in conjunction with local government authorities as appropriate

• Building community relationships for the broader community engagement of young people

•  Helping in mapping community cadres and help government officials to recruit

•  Making sure that all Ccw is directed to Child Protection Policy

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Certificate in social work or public health: certificate in Community development, community, economic development (CED)
• Diploma in higher or above mentioned fields will be added advantage

• Exellent written and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team building skills
• Diplomacy and negotiation skills
