POSITION: Dishwasher
Embalakai camp offers sem permanent tent camp in heart of Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater, The company provides the best services to ensure the visitors meet the highest standards
Dish washer maintains clean kitchen, washes and forms soiled dishes and preps food as needed, keeps plates clean
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining a clean work area and kitchen with sweeping and mopping as needed
Performing additional cleaning duties as requested
Cleaning of food prep centers and equipment
Keeping the plate location systematically and in compliance with safety standards.
Sweeping and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces.
Removing garbage and its places in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
Transferring equipment and equipment between storage and workplaces.
Helping to load and unload materials and products.
Doing other duties as assigned by the Chief Chef, Camp Manager, Operations Manager and CEO.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excellent, word and outlook
Fluent in English language
Leadership skills and guests oriented
Team orientation, honesty
Flexibility dedication, commitment and reliability
Good manners and positive attitude
Hospitable attitude, visitors and service oriented
Aged between 25 to 40 years
