Airswift are looking for maintenance planner who will be responsible for arrangement  authotirized site activities plans and schedule for construction activities, review and monitor given contractor schedule evaluate the results of variations on schedule and advice Accountingly

Duties and responsibilities

• Planning manager for timely and accurate input of data detailed and accurate review

• Identfying key scheduling and development and project control
• Knowledge of operational procedures for project control

• Knowledge of scope of work for project

• Staffing review based on input from project leads compare to duration

• Review mental value analyisis based on input from the construction

• Understanding the information needed to complete each transaction

• Assisting with guide efforts in producing various planning and scheduling reports.

• Assisting in Provision of scheduled input of weekly dashboard reports

Supporting the construction management team and inform the state of schedule

• Evaluating performance trends developed in order to identfy impacts of power

• Prepares development and schedule reports contracts and managment

• Develop an outbreak schedule as required by site managment

QUALIFICATION

• Experience in planning, scheduling and monitoring of medium sized projects

• Experience in primavera P6

• Working skills of Ms project will be advantageous

• Degree in engineering

• Good knowledge of design, Provision of shopping descipline

• Working knowledge of resource loading in prolimavera

• Good communication skills

• Good risk managment skills

• Good skills of advanced Excel
