Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Foundation is currently  hiring welcoming various candidates interested to apply for the position  available of Council results Management Coordinator. POSITION: Council results Management Coordinator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Cooperating to provide overall results of the council level achievement project ranging from smart RAS case management team flow.
2. Providing project-level representation of councils and relationship management including coordination with sub-partners.
3. Collaboration with CHMTs to ensure RAS priorities are reflected in full council health plans.
4. Ensuring good coordination with roving work and case management teams within the council and facility focusing on data-driven priorities 
5. Coordinating  with CHMTs to facilitate the implementation of planned activities.
6. Overall accountability and accountability level of the council usaid My Health Management outcomes including overall website and performance level outcomes of the council
7. Providing supervision and ensuring ensuring access to the required government.
8. Total accountability and level council level comprehensive quality and timely presentation of weekly.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Medical  practitioners (MD) 
2. Three years  of working  or supporting project implementation  at council  or regional  level based on HIV/AIDS, FP, RCH, plus TB programs in Tanzania 
3. Masters in public health  or any master’s degree is added advantage 

Advantaged if you have

1. Three years of certified project coordination and support  including hands on experience  in planning , implementation,  monitoring of outcomes  and reporting  of outcomes  reporting  at Council , regional or national level  of donors  funded projects
2. Awareness  of local rich, HIV,TB, and FP integration  environments within health facilities  and community level
3. Experience  in  project management  will be added advantage 
4. Understanding  of donors  funded projects  
5. Excellent  oral and written  communication skills 
6. Fluent in English and Swahili language
