Four Seasons  Hotel is currently  looking  for IT Coordinator  to join their working team. The hotel  welcomes various candidates interested  to apply for the position  available . POSITION: ICT Coordinator 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Supporting and establishing and maintaining user processes and equipment familiarization for all systems.
2. Supporting and providing administrative systems, including maintaining user/group accounts.
3. Helping in server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, operating system upgrades and troubleshooting.
4. Helping ensure better support for other systems, including back office, sales and catering and human resource applications and any other in the property.
5. Supporting and provide system support services, including service disconnection, troubleshooting and restoration services, virus protection management.
6. Helping maintain and develop four seasons core technology standards as outlined in the Four Seasons core IT standards.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Keeping balance and professional  relationships with  all departments and Home Office 
2. Complying  with Enforcement of four seasons  labour laws  and ethical standards 
3. Must have good interpersonal skills 
4. Able to healp hotel  guests with  their requirements 
5. Able to give highest level of service and support  admin users 
6. Helping  other areas of the Accounting  Office  as needed
7. Keeping balanced and professional  relationships  with all departments 
8. Good interpersonal skills  able to work with all staff
9. Able to give high level of service  and support  admin users
