Country Supplier relations Manager job at WASOKO

Country Supplier relations Manager will be responsible for supporting operations at the country level to ensure Wasoko are constantly receiving the best margin with coordination Suppler and proactively on boarding new products in all branches of the country

Duties and responsibilities

• Act as the first step of contact for newly onboarded and existing retailers

• Discussing the terms and conditions of cooperation of the supplier

• Schedule regular reports and meetings

• Fully regulate the growth of sales of organization to ensure KPIs

• Managing team relations distributor at the country Level

• Manage all distribution contracts

• Proactively identify opportunities that align the requirements

• Mentoring training and mentor junior Suppliers team members

QUALIFICATION

• Ability to work effectively and indipendently in the immediate context of Sales

• Four to five years of experience in similar role

• Undergraduate, preferably in business management

•  Ability to work effectively and indipendently

• Powerful selling and negotiation skills

• Efficiency between people and analytical capabilities

• Powerful oral, written communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel to work localy and across culture
