Duties and responsibilities

• First point of contact and day to day technical support
• Respond to level2 support and work with vendors on three level support.
• Generate activities and status reports
• Provide the user access services
• Researches trouble issues which affect multiple cliants
• Review checklist and support
• Patispate in deployment
• Adhere to integrity control, regulations and guidelines
• Make recommendations and changes

QUALIFICATION

• Effective in communication skills
• Fluency in English language
• Willing and ability to travel domestically
• 3years experience
• Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or related equivalent work experiences
