Greetings team!

We are a medium-sized company looking for a Help Desk Cordinator to be able to support customers remotely, by email or phone, or by person, with basic management responsibilities, such as hiring, scheduling, and providing employee assessment and feedback.

POSITION: Healp Desk  coordinator 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1.  Reply, evaluate, and prioritize incoming calls, voicemail, e-mail, and in-person requests for support from users facing technical problems.
2. Respond to technical issues as they arise.
3. Provide continuous status information to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Establish customer contacts, spread to appropriate parties, and resolve events.
5. Conduct regular hardware and software checks to ensure that they work properly.

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Advanced secondary / diploma / certificate and proven Help Desk Experience.
2. At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service and primary office management.
3. Great communication skills in Swahili and English.
4.  Fast writing skills (40-60 wpm).
