This position needs to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about product and service to handle and solve compliants. Excellent communication abilities (Fluent in Both English and Indian) and data entry skills are essential for candidates.

Duties and responsibilities

• Receiving and placing customers services telephone calls
• Maintain solid customers relationship by handling questions and concern with speed and professionalism.
• Receiving customers complaints,  managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customers problems.
