As customer care Officer will be responsible for supporting Marketing activities by performing various things eg updation of computer database, writting of consumer reports, Provision of Marketing Research plus analyzing competitiveness

Duties and responsibilities

  • Handling external contacts with Customers including incoming and outgoing calls
  • Creating and mantaining Customer database
  • Constant tracking and lead generated via Customer Service log
  • Adressing and solving Customer questions and compliants about product sales to customers
  • Giving Customer information on product and Services of organization
  • Processing forms, orders which are requested by Customers
  • Identfication and promote priority issues and provide information top level managment
  • Evaluating all relevant data to address complaints and questions
  • Recording details of comments, questions compliants and action taken
  • Managing Administration, communicate and cooordinating with local department
  • Preparation of data reports
  • Doing other work as can be assigned by Administrator

  • Proven experience as customer care
  • Better understanding of office managment, sales and marketing
  • Demonstrated capabilities of multifunctional and adhere deadline
  • Ability to respond effectively and caimly in emergency
  • Able to maintain Customer loyalty
  • Well organized and client oriented techniques
  • Good knowledge of Marketing reservation methods and database
  • Exellent Ms Office skills, computer Marketing software
  • Good communication abilities
  • Diploma; BSc in marketing, Bussness will be added advantage
  • Two years of working experience in relevant field
