JUMO is hiring welcoming Various Candidates Interested to apply for the position available of Customer Delivery Specialist for 6Month. The interested candidates to work with JUMO on Mentioned Position of customer Delivery Specialist should follow instructions to apply for the position.

POSITION: Customer Delivery Specialist

The customer Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the customer success team, will effectively empower all customer center and manage pertner Relationships by giving customer challenging Solution and opportunities outlined in both Swahili and English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Proactively manipulate the operational efficiency of customer experience.
  2. Identifying and acting on opportunities for continuous service improvement and resolve any issues that may arise through collecting and understanding product feedback.
  3. Giving support and track all customer partner touchpoints, including professional and effective training.
  4. Exploring customer calls and extract important insights to prepare insightful information.
  5. Managing of all customer escalations and support questions within the SLA.
  6. Monitoring and Reporting on all technical events that affect customer experience, while engaging with the local technical team.
  7. Helping in managing and configuring local customer support systems
  8. Assisting other departments work and coordinate the cooperation of new mobile network.
  9. Translating english into Swahili where required.
  10. Managing logistics, transport planning and other ad hoc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Degree in marketing, Bussness Managment or Administration
  2. Two to five years in customer managment role, relationship and strong record in Research and gathering insight
  3. Relationship managment skills
  4. Project Managment skills
  5. Information, analytical skills and logic innovation, dedicated Solutions
  6. Exellent Communication and presentation skills
  7. High level of intergrity

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

  • Experince with IT/Telecoms, Mobile Money or Mobile/electronic banking,Call center environment
  • Knowledge of mobile Finance and Technology/Financial platforms
