Customer value time however our branch mode work does not provide a pleasant engaging branch tour and waiting time.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide Customer and visitors with relevant information on banking products
  • Guiding and managing Customer seamlessly into the bank
  • Educate and guid Customer in order to increase use of olternative delivery bank
  • Provide support for guards in queue managment
  • Work as quality control Officer
  • Help desk Customer service all the time, ensuring Customers happy
  • Doing any other work as can be instructed by bank manager
