Duties and responsibilities

• Managing Customer service department by providing services at all time

• In conjunction with performance goals and measures for the team
• Working with commercial team like Zuku fiber and Zuku TV
• Analyzing Customer lifestyle trends, market forces and competitiors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Four years in customer service experience and at least two years in leadership role

• University degree in field related business
• Experience in telecommunications and all ICT
• Service provider not less than one year
