The company  is looking for customers experience  Executive  to join the company  working team. POSITION: Customer experience Executive 

The sellected candidates  sellected will pray important  role in resolving Customer  issues  and acting as an interface  between  the client  and solution providers

The candidates  will handle complaints, resolving  issues and driving  Customer satisfaction and retention for business

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Handling all incoming or outgoing customer communication from kyosk customers.
  2. Updating customers on delayed deliveries  and or non-deliveries.
  3. Solving customer concerns within the organization and spread issues that can not be resolved immediately,
  4. Providing quick and professional answers to all customer questions,
  5. Providing customers with technical support using the company’s products,
  6. Provide customers with new information about the company’s services and products including adjustments and improvements.
  7. Build sustainable trust relationships through open and interactive communication.
  8. Actively manipulating market analysis programs to identify key trends in the market.
  9. Conduct in-person visits to current customers to provide high quality support.
  10. Generating sales leads to upselling and cross-selling to identifying and evaluating customer needs.
  11. Driving customer revenue and retention.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Two years of working experience  as Customer service based on customer complaints, resolution  or call center
  2. Knowledge  of customer management  systems eg Ticket systems,  service desks, or CRM
  3. Able to handle angry customers  in calm diplomatic way
  4. Great influence discussion skills
  5. Able to evaluate and prioritize work
  6. Self drive with sense of urgency and ability to demonstrate  strong commitment
  7. Able to work in team
  8. Excellent  communication skills
  9. Problem solving skills
  10. Able to influence
  11. Team player
