Customer Relationships Managment Specialist Job at Betpawa

Betpawa are looking for Customer Relationships Manager who will serve as leader on CRM strategies that support business objectives. This is the role of hands where the individual reduces their expertise of CRM and collaboration with cross team work, defines and promotes innovative programs, focuses on conservation and enhances LTV’s primary major sports punters

Duties and responsibilities

• Creating mechanism and implemenatation abilities to perform certain CRM

• Implementing and evolves Communication strategy

• Effective storage in the CRM through further automation with the life Journey

•  Using analytical capabilities to dig down and questions the data, allowing you to conjure plans

• Activating the test, learn and optimize system which solidifies

• Implementing micro segmentation highly targeted and focused strategy like launch

• Evangelize CRM with the company information on performance of software

MODE OF APPLICATION

• Three years of experience CRM is necessary preferably gained in etaming etaming

• First hand experience in creating improving and implemementing CRM

• Exellent Technical and functinal skills of CRM systems and experience with Marketing software

• Experience working with data management, product and Technical teams

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in fast, powerful environment

• Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure
