Duties and responsibilities

 

• To answer customers enquiry regarding the corporation product and services also provide information related to our businesses
• To answer calls from customers by use of call center telephone systems within defined time limit
• To handle customers issues in pleasant confident and very helpful telephone manner
• To resolve customers compliants quickly in accordance with corporation
• To work as part of customer services team and maintain good relation with other team members
• To perform any other duties as maybe assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATION

Holder of Bachelor degree in either commerce/Business Administration majoring in Sales/Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Economics, Economic planning or equivalent qualification from reorganized institutions.
