Customer service officer will be responsible for addressing all customer relationships and questions about their shipments on CMA CGM agency entities and serve all Customers in all queries plus keeping them well formed on all aspects of Customers
Duties and responsibilities
Managing email/phone responses on Customer service email queue, ensuring timely responses
Attending of daily meetings with Customers plus commercial account holders
Maintening of clean data based on all Customers contacts eg email, phone numbers notes
Ensuring new pertners code is created by updating general Communication
Managing Various changes in customer contacts
Extract information on delayed load in trashipment
Managment of removal procedures for bookings
Making sure cancelled bookings are notfied
Cooordinating with freight readiness and bookings in case of short shipments
Tracking and consignee’s on collecting acceptable charges
