Duties and responsibilities

• Becoming main service market on field interface between customers and company
• Gathering of customer needs
• Gathering of customer feedback on dealer and machines
• Assisting in handling of commercial good will request
• Scout market for creating new business opportunities

• Monitoring and flow up relevant KPI’s
• Selling hoses
• Repair parts

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Skills in sales and service minded
• Good in written and spoken English
• Good understanding in using computer
• Good knowledge in hydraulic and electric

• Valid driving license
• Technical degree in Engineering or related fields
• Five years of mechanical experience
