DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Representing products, helping Betpawa Customers get better experience while using their products
Helping Customers via email, chats plus calls
Being flexible and available to operate 24/7 on change as planned
Demostrated initiative in Promoting Customer voice to develop Busness goal
Growing through participating in other projects of the company
Fluent in English and Kiswahili language both written and spoken
Able to cope with pressure and work with minimal Supervision
Able to work 24/7 in shift
Gaming Experience
Good knowledge among people
Interested in sports Industry
