POSITION: Driver Trainer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Preparation  of lessons  that are tailored to demand operators
2. From the top of the work theoretical training and practical skills
3. Teaching of Tanzania load traffic and its regulations
4. Demonstrating methods to improve working safety efficiency
5. Provision of guidance According  to work instructions
6. Giving work guidance  basing on work instructions
7. Conducting  monthly inspection  at workplace
8. Conducting  operations evaluation  and diagnostic  program
9. Conducting  operations  evaluation  and diagnostic  programs
10. Writing and reporting  development  training operations
